The Embassy of Vietnam has not been established in Suriname yet. Therefore, citizens or residents in Suriname can choose one of two options below to apply for a visa to Vietnam:

Apply online to get a eVisa (visa picked up at the arrival airport in Vietnam with the legal eVisa issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department).
Visit the nearest Vietnam Embassy in the neighboring countries in person.
