221 . What are the procedures at Vietnam airport?
Upon arrival at the airport (See the airport map below), expect to fill in a simple form to fill in. Please remember to bring at least 2 passport-sized photos(04*06cm), 45 USD/person for stamp fee per person (1 month single). You can expect the process to take about 15 minutes total. 222 . Should I provide you with the exact date of arrival?
No, not necessarily. The arrival date you provide should be the earliest you plan to arrive, but you can arrive after that date.

223 . How many blank pages do I need in my passport?
Normally, your passport has to have at least two blank pages.
224 . How to settle the payment?
Before settling payment, please note that you will be charged for service fee only, the fee for the arrangement of the Vietnam visa pre-approved letter for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at Vietnam airports. Once again, our fee is excluding of the stamping fee, which will be paid directly at the airport when you pick up your Vietnam visa. Please Click here to see our service fee.
We currently offer 3 methods of payment:
A. Settle the payment by credit card
It is the safest payment gateway by credit card. You can pay by using VisaCard, MasterCard. You will be required to provide your personal and credit card details.
If you still want us to help you get an India visa, you can forward the said email to select another method of payment.
B. Settle the payment via Paypal (www.Paypal.Com).
Paypal is the payment gateway by credit card, or by itself, because this is the most popular pocket payment now, and it is allowed many websites to accept online payments today. This payment gateway accepted Credit/Debit card like Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, Dinner Club and many more.
With this case, you can get approved to proceed the visa right after you fill the secure form for visa because it was built right on the website so it is recommended to use, since Paypal always protect consumers. You can request refunds if they provide no services as required.
Note: You could opt for the money to be delivered in USD.
C. Settle the payment via bank transfer Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited
This is the ultimate way to pay for the visa fees. But it is a bit complicated for those who do not know how to use online banking. And often the transfer of this money, will last longer than the above manner. It is also costly for the transfer money.
After getting the payment request details from us, you can go wire the money from your bank account to our Bank account. And please inform us by email, together with bank transfer receipts so that we can proceed the visa for you on time, avoid losing precious time of your report.
*Currency Conversion
We use USD (US Dollar) as list price for all our services.
Complying with Government requirement, the price of services and products must be converted into HKD (Hongkong Dollar) for any payment by Credit Card Method and SGD (Singapore Dollar) for any payment by Credit Card by Paypal Method.
For transactions involving a currency conversion, rates are derived from the mid-market rate, which is the mid-point between the "buy" and "sell" rates from global currency markets (exchange rate fixed at 1USD = 7.78 HKD and 1USD = 1.3 SGD). These amount may differ due to currency convert with your local currency. Credit card statement might appear HKD (HongKong Dollar) or SGD (Singapore Dollar) depend on payment method you selected.
This term only apply for Credit Card payment option only, not for other options like Paypal account or Wire Transfer/Tele-Transfer.

Once your service fee is well received, we will process your eVisa which will be ready at our website after 4 business hours (urgent service) or 2-3 business days (normal service).

225 . Legitimate eVisa & Visa procedures at Vietnam Airports
VIETNAM eVisa
Vietnam Visa is required for most foreigners to enter and exit Vietnam at one of 3 international airports: Hanoi/ Ho Chi Minh city & Da Nang. Travellers are advised to arrange Vietnam Visa before their departure by applying online for eVisa first, receive eVisa by email, then get Visa Stamped on their passports at Vietnam Airports upon arrival.
This is called: VIETNAM eVisa.

AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE CIRCULAR NO.66/2009/TT-BTC, OF MARCH 30, 2009 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE STIPULATING THE REGIME ON COLLECTION, REMITTANCE, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FEES ON PASSPORTS, VISAS AND PAPERS ON ENTRY, EXIT, TRANSIT AND RESIDENCE IN VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Charges and Fees No.38/2001/PL-UBTVQH of August 28, 2001, the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP of June 3, 2002, and Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP of March 06, 2006, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government's Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 136/2007/ND-CP of August 17, 2007, on entry and exit of Vietnamese citizens
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP of November 27, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of Director of the Tax Policy Department;
The Minister of Finance promulgates Circular amending and supplementing the Circular No.66/2009/TT-BTC, of March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the regime on collection, remittance, management and use of fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam as follows:
Article 1.
To amend and supplement clause 1, clause 2, clause 4 and clause 6 section II of Annex on table of fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam promulgated together with the Circular No.66/2009/TT-BTC, March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance with clause 1, clause 2, clause 3, clause 4 as follows:

Article 2.
1. This Circular takes effect on January 01, 2013.
2. The other content relating to fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam not mentioned in this Circular shall be implemented under provisions in the Circular No.66/2009/TT-BTC, of March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the regime on collection, remittance, management and use of fees on passports, visas and papers on entry, exit, transit and residence in Vietnam.
3. Organizations, individuals subject to pay fees and relevant agencies shall implement this Circular. In the course of implementation, any arising problems should be reported to the Ministry of Finance for consideration and settlement.

226 . How do I receive my Vietnam eVisa?
A colored scanned copy of eVisa will be sent to you by email, so please make sure that you have provided us with the correct email address.
Note: eVisa is in PDF format. So please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader in order to open the file.
227 . Can I travel without eVisa and get the visa when I arrive?
No, you cannot. In order to board the plane, you must show eVisa to the airlines. This letter is also compulsory in order for you to get the visa at the Vietnam airport.
Therefore, we recommend that you leave plenty of time to apply for the visa to avoid having to delay or change your flight.
228 . How safe are my credit card details?
For secure online payment, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) from Comodo Inc. At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet. For further information, please refer to our privacy statement.
229 . What credit/debit cards are accepted for online payment?
We currently accept both Debit/Credit cards (Visa & Master) for our online eVisa service.
230 . What happens if my passport has expired?
To apply for a visa to Vietnam, your passport must have at least 6 month's validity. Therefore, if your passport is about to expire, please get a new one before applying for your visa in order to avoid unwanted problems at the airport.
