251 . What credit/debit cards are accepted for online payment?
We currently accept both Debit/Credit cards (Visa & Master) for our online eVisa service.
252 . What happens if my passport has expired?
To apply for a visa to Vietnam, your passport must have at least 6 month's validity. Therefore, if your passport is about to expire, please get a new one before applying for your visa in order to avoid unwanted problems at the airport.
253 . How Long To Complete The Procedure At Vietnam Airport?
To avoid wasting your time and get long line for getting visa stamp, we suggest you should choose our airport fast track services. 254 . My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted. Why?
There could be several reasons why your credit card is not accepted for your Vietnam visa application, even if the card number is correct.
255 . What Is Vietnam Visa Service Fee?
You must have "eVisa" in your hand for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at the airport in Vietnam. Unless you already have valid Vietnam visa stamped on your passport. You cannot enter for traveling around Vietnam and will be forced to fly back your country of origin if you do not have the pre-approved letter for picking up your visa to Vietnam at the airport.
Vietnamese travel agents and companies who could help you arrange the pre-approved letter for picking up your visa-upon-arrival to Vietnam at the airport. "Service fee" as you may also see in the Service fee column is the fee that you must pay for arranging the "eVisa" for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at any Vietnam airport by us.
Please note that the service fee does not cover the stamping fee, which will be paid in USD or VND cash directly at the airport when you pick up your Vietnam visa. In our case, we only require our clients to pay for our service if and thus, the term we call "Service Fee."
256 . What if my arrival airport changes?
Be kindly informed that there will be no problem if you change your arrival airport. Since eVisa works at three International Airports of Vietnam. You still get the visa stamped onto your passport at any of these three airport regardless of which you put in your visa application.
257 . Can I Get Vietnam eVisa If I Arrive By Ship Or Land?
We only support a Vietnam visa upon arrival by air. If you come to Vietnam by sea or road, please contact Vietnam Embassy where you're living for help.
258 . How long in advance should I apply for a visa?
Normally, you will receive eVisa within 3 Working days.There is no time frame required to apply for a visa in advance.
However we suggest you should apply at least 1 week in advance to avoid any hassle or unwanted problems.
259 . Do You Need A Vietnam Single Or Multiple Entries Visa?
We provide the necessary information about a Vietnam visa, including a single or multiple visa. Read carefully for your visa application.
260 . What To Do If I Know I Entered The Wrong Passport Number?
Shortly after you submit your application, you should receive a confirmation email in the email address you provided us with. In this email, we confirm the information you entered earlier. If you find out any mistakes, please contact us right away by sending an email to [email protected].
If you do not catch the mistake until later, you will have to pay extra fee for the correct information.
