The VietNam visa photo size requirement is 4 x 6 cm but it’s not so strict at all. Therefore, a bit smaller or larger one can be accepted.

There are two kinds of Vietnam visa fees that you have to pay to get eVisa to Vietnam, including visa service fee and visa stamping fee:     1. Service fee: Visa service fee is the amount that the applicant have to pay in advance for service during a Vietnam visa online processing from receiving and checking the applicant's personal information to collecting the pre-approval eVisa from the Vietnam Immigration Department and sending it to applicant in order to get their visa stamped at the Vietnam Airports (Hanoi, HoChiMinh, Danang) when arriving.     2. Visa Stamping Fee: Visa Stamping fee is the amount that you will directly pay to Immigration Officers by USD or VND cash at the Immigration Counter to get your Vietnam Visa stamped on your passport on arrival at the Vietnam airport.

When having this eVisa, you need to print it out for boarding airplane. The police officer in the airport in your country will check it and allow you to board the plane. (Those who do not have eVisa will be not allowed for boarding). Vietnam tourist visa types are granted according to the length of staying, number of entries and visiting purpose. The "eVisa" is a letter issued by Vietnam Immigration Department that allows you to enter and exit Vietnam for a given time period. With eVisa, you can pick up your visa upon arrival at one of the three International Airports in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang). At the airport, the corresponding authority will verify the details on eVisa based on your passport and travel documents. As long as you make sure you input the correct details when applying, you will surely be granted entry upon arrival in Vietnam with eVisa.  

In most cases, an online visa application does not require a passport scan. If the Immigration office wants to verify the information you provide, you must send them a scanned copy of your passport. In such cases, we will immediately notify you via email.  

 Stamping fee is a fee which direct payment to Vietnam Immigration Officer at the arrival Airport to get your visa stamp. This is fix amount to pay for Goverment.

Vietnam allows nationals of 17 countries to enter Vietnam without a visa for varying time periods, most of the countries being members of the ASEAN: Thailand,Singapore,Indonesia,Malaysia,Cambodia,Lao,Kyrgyzstan passport holders (valid for 30 days) Philippines passport holders (valid for 21 days) South Korea, Japan, Russian, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland passport holders) (valid for 15 days) - required to hold a passport valid for at least 6 months on arrival and they also must make 30 day pause between two arrivals. Brunei and Myanmar passport holders (valid for 14 days) Other Exceptions: French diplomatic or official passport holders (90 days or several visits within 6 months) Chile diplomatic or official passport holders (less than 60 days). APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) Holders from Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member economies (less than 60 days). What is Vietnam eVisa? Vietnam eVisa is the type of visa picked up at Vietnam airports. eVisa is the most comfortable way to obtain Vietnam visa without wasting time. When applying for Vietnam visa upon arrival, your eVisa will be issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. So it's a legitimate document and fully supported by Vietnamese Government. With eVisa, tourists will get their Vietnam visa stamped at Vietnam Airports so it's applicable to air travelers only. However, you are free to exit at any ports. For this type of visa, you need to submit Vietnam eVisa together with your passport (at least 6 months validity), two passport-sized photos, entry and exit form and stamping fee to Immigration Officers at the airport, the visa will be stamped onto your passport.
