We only support a Vietnam visa upon arrival by air. If you come to Vietnam by sea or road, please contact Vietnam Embassy where you're living for help.  

Normally, you will receive the approval letter within 3 Working days.There is no time frame required to apply for a visa in advance. However we suggest you should apply at least 1 week in advance to avoid any hassle or unwanted problems.

First of all, we would like to inform you that our Vietnam visa service are available at the airport only. Therefore your visa must be picked up at the airport of Vietnam when you arrive if you use our visa service. Warning: Because this service is available for airport only, so you should contact Vietnamese embassy to get visa if you do not enter Vietnam by air. Please consider our advice below to decide single or multiple entries visa: Single entry visa allows you enter/exit Vietnam 1 time or it is also called visa with single use. Once your single entry visa used, you can not enter again Vietnam with this used visa. You must apply for the new one if you want to come back Vietnam again. For example, with 1 month single entry visa, you can enter Vietnam and stay there for less than 30 days. You can not re-enter Vietnam if you exit Vietnam after 10 days staying, even your visa valid for 30 days. Multiple entries visa allows you enter/exit Vietnam unlimited times as long as your visa still valid. Your multiple entries visa must be picked at the airport when you arrive. After getting your multiple entries visa at the airport, you can exit and re-enter Vietnam at any port s you want. Once you want to come back Vietnam but your visa is expired, you also need to apply for a new visa. In conclusion, your visa must be picked up upon arrival at the airport of Vietnam, but you can exit Vietnam at any ports you want after you get your Vietnam visa stamped on your passport at the airport. We recommend you apply for multiple entries visa if you intend to enter/exit Vietnam many times for a period.

Shortly after you submit your application, you should receive a confirmation email in the email address you provided us with. In this email, we confirm the information you entered earlier. If you find out any mistakes, please contact us right away by sending an email to [email protected]. If you do not catch the mistake until later, you will have to pay extra fee for the correct information.

Yes, you do. However, photos are required upon arrival Vietnam's airports only, so please remember to bring at least 2 photos of standard passport size (04*06 cm). Note: If you do not have time to prepare those photos before your departure, you can also get them taken at a Vietnamese airport for 2 USD or less per photo.

Yes, visa on arrival is NOT VALID for OVERLAND ENTRY. The three international airports in Vietnam that you can receive your visa stamp with this approval letter are: Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City) and Danang Airport (Da Nang). Note: If you plan to enter Vietnam by land or cruise, please visit a Vietnamese embassy to get your visa.

In order to enter Vietnam, you will need a valid passport with at least six months validity remaining and a Vietnamese visa, a visa exemption document, or a written approval letter for a visa upon arrival. You may obtain a visa or a visa exemption document from a Vietnamese embassy or consulate prior to traveling to Vietnam. To obtain a written approval letter to enter, you must contact a travel agency prior to departure. U.S. citizens have reported unscrupulous travel agencies taking advantage of. If you arrive without an appropriate Vietnamese visa, exemption document, or written approval for a visa upon arrival, you will not be permitted to enter and will be subject to immediate deportation. Vietnamese visas are usually valid for only one entry, unless the traveler specifically requests a multiple-entry visa, for which there may be an increased fee. If you are planning to leave Vietnam and re-enter from another country, be sure that your visa is multiple entry. If it is only single entry, you will have to obtain another visa prior to returning to Vietnam. Please be aware that there are two fees for those want to pick up visa upon arrival at Vietnam airport: 1) the stamp fee visa at the airport and 2) the visa processing fee also call service fee Pay to the agent arrange the visa. If you plan to travel to Vietnam by land, you must obtain the type of Vietnamese visa that adheres to the passport, please contact directly at Vietnamese embassy/consulate to get this type of visa if travelling by land to Vietnam. Even if you have a valid visa, you may be refused entry to Vietnam. We caution you that Vietnamese immigration regulations require foreigners entering Vietnam to undertake only the activity for which their visas were issued. If you change the purpose of your visit, you must get permission to do so in advance from the appropriate Vietnamese authority. If your passport is lost or stolen in Vietnam, you must obtain both a replacement passport and a replacement Vietnamese visa. If you have an emergency, please contact your Embassy and Consulate General can issue you a limited validity replacement passport in as little as one day; however, the Vietnamese government requires three to five working days, in addition to the day of application, to issue a replacement visa.    

Generally, there are two major types of Vietnamese visas including tourist visa and business visas. 1. Tourist visas Available 1 month single entry and 1 month multiple entry. Maximum stay in Vietnam of 30 days. One-time extension of 30 days after your arrival in Vietnam. 2. Business visas Applicants should obtain the approval through their sponsor in Vietnam. Multiple entry and stay of three or six months is available.    

The Vietnam Immigration Department issues visa approval letters, which permit visitors to enter and leave the country within a specified time frame. You can pick up your visa and get it stamped in your passport when you arrive in Vietnam by presenting the visa acceptance letter to immigration officials at the airport. Also, passengers should ensure that their application has accurate information before submitting it, as the relevant authorities will check the information on the approval letter using your passport and travel papers. They won't allow you to board the plane if your personal information is entered incorrectly.

The answer is no. You just can arrive on any day AFTER the arrival date specified in your official visa and your visa approval letter. You are advised to file for a fresh visa acceptance letter if your plans change, and you want to visit Vietnam before the designated arrival date.
