YES. Filipino citizens are strongly advised to print a Vietnam e-Visa and show it at the checkpoints.
You will receive a Vietnam e-Visa through your email address in PDF format. Before departing the flight, you should download and print out your e-Visa because the airline staff will check your eligibility seriously. Besides, the national passport is very important.
