In this step, you are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicant(s).

Please double check your information to make sure that all of them are correct. In addition, select to use our extra services if you need, please. Then choosing the payment method and fill in the secure payment page for our visa service fee and extra services (if any).

After settling the payment, please check your email from us for your confirmed information and we will let you know when you will have your visa approval letter.

• Get the visa approval letter after 30 minutes to 1 hour for super urgent service.
• Get the visa approval letter within 4-8 working hours for urgent service.
• Get the visa approval letter within 24-48 working hours for normal service.

Once receiving the visa approval letter, please continue doing these following items:

• Print out the visa approval letter which we sent to your email by JPG or PDF.
• Download, print out and fill the entry and exit form for Vietnam visa.
• Prepare 2 pieces of picture 4x6 cm and some cash in USD or VND for stamping fee (45 USD/person for single entry, or 65 USD/person for multiple entries).

Put all visa documents as mentioned above with your passport to get visa stamped when arriving the Vietnam airport.

You please show all things that you have prepared (passport, visa approval letter, the entry and exit Vietnam form, 2 pieces of pictures, and some money in cash for Stamping fee) to the police at the Landing Visa Counter when you arrived at the Vietnam international airports in Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi or Da Nang.
